Her Work

Antonia has worked at both ends of the delivery chain: with organisations that design and fund programmes and with those that implement them under operational pressure. Her institutional experience includes Johns Hopkins University (JHU), the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), and delivery partners operating in complex environments.

Fluent in English and French, Antonia has managed cross-border teams in politically and operationally complex environments, including programmes operating under significant institutional and budget pressure.

She has supported partners through the full delivery cycle: designing realistic implementation plans, managing budgets under contractual constraints, strengthening internal governance, and adapting delivery when operating conditions shift. This direct delivery experience gives Antonia a clear view of where funded programmes lose structural integrity. Governance gaps, unrealistic assumptions, and oversight frameworks that cannot surface risk early enough are the common causes. Antonia brings the perspective of someone who has managed these pressures from the inside.
